In 2009, Chef Anna decided to leave the corporate world and do something radically different, something around which I have a lot of passion. During those corporate days, She knew what it was like to juggle a career, traveling around the world, raising two children and going back to school in her mid thirties. She would menu plan and shop for the week with all the intentions of cooking at home every night. What normally happened was her family would get home too late and wind up eating out. Then all those groceries and intentions would be thrown out. She wound up paying double for their food and wasn’t eating as healthy as she would have liked their family to be eating. Now that her schedule is within her control, her favorite time of the day is when their family sits down to a home cooked meal. Her family loves trying all her new “experiments” and even help in the kitchen when they aren’t away at the university.
